Always a good experience @ this Waffle House! The new cook is awesome. Glad he is back! Servers could use a bit more training about being friendly but other than that, great food!
Food was good but the service was crappy. The waiter never checked on us, never asked if we needed anything. Ended up waiting for a refill for over 10 minutes while the waiter talked to a visiting friend. Eventually ended up leaving (without the refill).
Waitresses was nice, food was good and quick with the restaurant full. The three cooks on the other hand was complete assholes, publicly criticizing, yelling and humiliating three of the waitresses. The manager didnt say a think like its ok. The cooks kept yelling " im not listening to you " & "your just gonna have to wait" when the waitresses tried to give customers orders. Not very professional at all!
Walked in the Booths were dirty the Bar with stools were dirty and no clean place to seat. Very gross not cleaned. Not enough people on staff. Ask the manager or worker coming in with the black shirt blonde hair and she was headed behind the counter for more ice and refill on mr pibb and her reply was i am not clocked in can't help you. Really you are there to serve people and you can't help out the other staff very disappointed in this place. Waitress and cook were nice checked on us 3 times during our visit. Not enough people on staff and one very rude worker. No clean tables . This was 7:45pm
