Went through the drive thru tonight and asked for 2 supremes and the girl said they didn't have any and didn't offer to cook them also asked for crazy bread and she said they were out while the girl at the other register asked 2 people if they wanted crazy bread or cheesy bread. Really made me mad next Time I'll be going inside to place my order
12/14/2017 - Arrived at drive thru at approximately 12:55 to wait behind 2 other vehicles until approximately 1:05, then sitting at window another 5-10 minutes before being served, ordered a hot n ready cheese pizza and was told they do not have any ready because of a large order that just went out. This is getting to be a habit at this location. Terrible service and poor management by someone.
Pizza is good, service is horrible. It doesn't matter what day of the week you go, what time of day or night you go, there is always ONE person running both the drive through and inside register taking orders and expediting, and ONE TO TWO people making pizzas. They need at least twice as many staff as they keep during peak times and on weekends. Having to wait 30 min on a hot n ready is ridiculous. Having to wait an hour like some customers were tonight for large orders that were called in hours earlier is even more ridiculous. The crew does the best they can with what they have, but it isn't fair to them or the customers to be understaffed. They lose more business than they get that way.
Cheap place to get pizza and is just as good as any other. Everyone has there own opinion but me myself I would choose little Caesars pizza over pizza hut.
Cheap decent pizza, just takes a while to get your order sometimes.
