It was really awesome everyone was friendly and calm. Good guest service and reasonable price. Good area with walking distance restaurants. Owner and housekeepers were friendly! I’ll go on..But Had an excellent experience and I’ll definitely like to go again! And I prefer others too.
Most friendly and helpful front desk Clerk.So, awesome and great first impression of hotel.Locations was good with lots of restaurants around nearby. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map. It was excellent clean, roomy with excellent service , housekeepers was so friendly. Money and service in both places attentive and effective.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Always busy hotel day-night in Russellville ,AL. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with the stay, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
If i could give this place no stars, i would but have to have one to give a review. Worst place I've ever stayed. WEAR SHOES IN ROOMS. You can't even get into bed without washing your feet or your sheets will be black. The owners are rude, hardly speak any English, and have no sense of privacy. Don't plan on relaxing when housekeeping time comes, since you HAVE TO vaccum your room everyday and wipe everything down. (Which isn't too bad but if you say no they say yes) they had way too many things that you couldn't do that practically every other hotel allows or wouldn't really mind. Could not even take our kids outside and play with them with out them coming out too to watch us until we went back in. Same goes for leaving our curtain open, until we shut that. We left and came back plenty of times and our room phone was flipped so it looked like it was on the hook, but really wasn't. Set the air to be really cool when we got back but instead they turned it off while we were gone and we came back to a hot and smelly room. I could go on and on...
They suck Indians own and turn your air off in your room soon as you leave after working in the heat all day the last thing you want is to wait on outdated a.c. units to cool your room when you get back up till 11 one night b4 it cooled off enough to not sweat horrible.
Pretty good and decent room. Everyone is good and friendly. Good service.Definitely gonna stay again.
