Had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on Friday 3/14/2014. At 10:00 a.m. I called due to no one showing up. They had lost my information in the system but were able to locate my contact information and reschedule me for later in the day today. A few minutes later a different person called back and said they were sorry but they just could not find where I had ever called and would not be able to get to me today. Thank you very much!! I took a day off work to be home and you never showed up. Piss poor service!
