Love this place, great quality, great service. Russellville really needed this place.
Bought a small wood stove that was assembled by tractor supply employees. Before we got it in the house two bolts broke and one came loose. The stove is about two hundred pounds and came crashing down on the guy that was helping me unload it, seriously hurting him. All of that aside I carried it back the next morning to get my money back and because I wrote a check they said it could take up to a month to refund my money! I stood around a hour on the phone with corporate and arguing with the assistance manager on duty till finally they pulled the policy and read that after ten days they had to give me a full cash refund. Even though this whole problem was caused by tractor supply selling dangerous cheap made products and carelessly assembled them I still have to ride around with this stove in my truck for ten days to get my money back. I will never shop at Tractor Supply Company again they care nothing about their customers only the money. I'll wrap this all up by saying the check was processed through a company called tellecheck which pays TSC immediately after the check is ran then they take full responsibility for the check. TSC has my money, will not give it back for ten days, and told me that it was not their fault my friend is hurt because they poorly assembled the stove...
