I am terrified of a dentist! But dr bowen and his crew was very nice to me! I'm only 27 and my teeth have went bad after two kids but dr bowen was willing to save more than half of them! He was a little rough in my mouth but I'm a baby when it comes to dentist! I would definitely be going back to get my teeth fixed and I definitely would refer them!!!
Dr. Bowen is fantastic. He clearly explains everything, doesn't try to overdo things, and is upfront. His office is very comfortable and updated. Great experience.
I called the emergency line at 9:29 pm and by 9:31 pm Dr. Bowen was returning my call. I expressed the pain I was in and Dr. Bowen ask me if I could be in his office by 8:00 am. As soon as I arrived the personnel were very respectful, professional, and courteous. Soon CD one of assistants was taking me to get treated. Dr. Bowen came in and introduced himself and with his calm and at ease manner made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Bowen, CD, and his staff really took care of me. These are some of the most professional Team I've ever crossed path with. If you want real customer/patient service in dental care I recommend Dr. Bowen and his staff. Thank you Dr. Bowen and staff!
Dr. Bowen and his staff are all very professional and nice. My appointment was at 1:00 any by 1:05 I was called back. I will definately refer Dr. Bowen to anyone looking for a dentist.
