I've never been here but I've been trying to for the past 2 weeks. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks and not once did they ever answer the phone.
They lied during the whole process. The first lie was they said they had to cut the timing belt to get to the parts that needed to be fixed, and it turned out they had not cut the belt. Also, they kept saying it would be done by a certain time, only to be put off time and time again. When my husband got the truck back the motor was knocking. He took it back a second time (Less than a week later) to get that looked at. They told him the knocking was normal and they didn't see any smoke(One of the complaints). I know for a fact it smoked every time it was cranked. We had suspicions that it had not even been driven because one of the days it was supposedly driven it had rained, and the ground under the truck was still dry. Also the truck always looked to be in the exact same spot. One night my husband told me to put a penny on the tire. The next day, after my husband was told it had been driven again that day, I checked and the penny was still on the tire. After much arguing the mechanic finally admitted he had lied and it had not been driven. That mechanic there can not be trusted.
Parents dropped of their car on Friday and it still isn't completed but they are still gonna charge an arm and leg
Have worked on my truck and lawn mowers before, great people, polite, honest, and smart.
